I am a 27 yo female, I got a lower blepharoplasty years ago and i’ve noticed that now my right eye looks sunken and the lower lid is sagging. I’m not sure what to do and want to get advice from a doctor.

Answer: Not recommend for revision lower blepharoplasty.
The steroids are effective at reducing inflammation but they also kill fat and unnecessarily hollow the eyelids. There are better options if you in fact need inflammation managed. However, sometimes less is more. You are two months out. You could have reconstructive surgery as early as month 4...
Eyelid retraction is a complicated condition. This often is caused from over-resection of skin. Correction often involves a lower lid spacer graft (hard palate or alloderm) and canthoplasty. Best to see an eyelid expert.
