I am a 27 yo female, I got a lower blepharoplasty years ago and i’ve noticed that now my right eye looks sunken and the lower lid is sagging. I’m not sure what to do and want to get advice from a doctor.

Not recommend for revision lower blepharoplasty. Nonsurgical treatments like fillers or lipofilling can help you look more youthful .
