Eyelid retraction repair surgery - will I need a skin graft? (Photo)

This surgery was performed for cosmetic purposes, and for someone with cosmetic expectations(and also your retraction is not that much), I don't think a skin graft is a very good idea. I also don't think canthoplasty alone is sufficient. I believe lower eyelid elevation, by lifting the posterior lamella using spacer graft would be a more suitable option for you.

What is will do is use up the resources you need to have your lower eyelid retraction repaired with the best possible aesthetic result. Do not let anyone repair this with a skin graft.
