Eyelid retraction repair surgery - will I need a skin graft? (Photo)

I had a botched lower blepharoplasty on January 5th. The surgeon is offering to correct the retraction with a canthopexy. Do you believe this will resolve the issue of retracted, round, pulled down, bulging eyes or do you think I will need a skin graft?

Answer: Don't let your surgeon attempt to repair this with a canthopexy--it won't work.
