6.5 months ago I had surgery on the lower eyelid: muscle shortening, fat removed medially and centrally and redistributed, cantopexy on the temple. In the surgical report it says cantopexy periosteum, in the information sheet it says muscular+periosteum. Have scleral show, ptosis, still swollen. Massaged lower parts since 2 weeks post-op, the eyelids have become sensitive and warm. After chewing, the temple pulls strongly and bulges like a walnut. Can you say something about my case? Thank you!

Without photographs it is impossible to offer much of an opinion about this. At two weeks you are still swollen from surgery. It literally can take months for this swelling to resolve. Until that time, it is challenging to assess the result. It is possible to over correct a lower eyelid....
