Hello, I had and upper and lower blephoplasty and a brow-lift 7 months ago. Does my case look complicated? I read a journal study in which 1000 or so cases of people with mild retraction were treated successful with only a canthopexy. I am hoping its this simple for me. What I fear may complicate having symmetry after repair is that one eye is worse (that one that looks like its a glass eye) under that I i notice the lower lid is tighter (perhaps from the scar tissue?) and the other is more lax.
