I have severe chapped lips that are peeling, flaking and crusty. Can Juvederm help?

Lip fillers, though hydrating, are not considered a treatment for chapped, dry lips.  I encourage you to visit a dermatologist to discuss the concerns you have with your lips.

Most importantly, see a dermatologist to see if you might have an allergic contact dermatitis to an ingredient in your chapstick, lip balm etc. A trial of prescription tacrolimus twice per day should be considered. Don't pick the flakes on your lips and don't lick your lips; avoid the elements like too much sun or wind on the lips. Try to avoid for now vitamin E, SPF/sunscreen, and cinnamon in your lip products and toothpaste. If this doesn't settle things down, a lip filler may improve some hydration in your lips as well.

Lip injections can help improve dry, cracked lips.   A hyaluronic acid filler, like Juvederm or Kysse, can attract and retain moisture in the skin. This can keep them hydrated and improve any active inflammation you may have.
We also recommend exfoliating lips with a micro scrub twice a week to help slough off dry, flaky skin.  Use a lip treatment with sunscreen, even during winter months. Look for ingredients such as oligopeptides, natural avocado oil and vitamins. Apply to lips in the morning and evening, as well as throughout the day for optimum results.
