Experiencing itchy rash problems and wondering if it’s related to my lip filler migrating?

I’ve been getting lip fillers for about 4 years. Over the last year I’ve experienced weird side effects that I feel might be related to my lip filler. Dry, Itchy, small bumps on my lips every once in awhile and now (For the past 4 or 5 months) I’ve had a very itchy rash on my neck and chin almost every single day. Do you think this is related to my lip filler migrating?

Lip filler should not migrate. This procedure does require expertise to perform correctly. Make sure you are working with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in lip filler techniques to ensure an optimal outcome.

It appears you did suffer a nerve injury due to the cannula going a bit too deep and low. The nerves may heal themselves over time. However, you may want to consult with a board-certified physician with experience in nerve injuries to see if treatment could be performed to speed the healing...

Issues can come months later after fillers, I suggest reversing with hyaluronidase and some steroid to ensure no scar tissue. try moisturizing and lip plumper If you do not do the hyaluronidase.   Best, Dr. Emer.

The lips are you showing are likely 3-4 syringes, plus you have a very different upper lip shape that will be harder to get a "key hole" pout like that.  Best, Dr. Emer.
