How can a complication from Cellfina be fixed?

Question

Cellfina April 2016...1 1/2 later. 3 mo check up with hard lump on right side of butt check (no treatment). 3 mo later kenalog shot. 3 mo later dr reversed shot with saline. Hurt badly/bruised created indention. 3 mo later hard lump still there & dr injected juvaderm. That was 2 weeks ago. The lump is still there and the shot did nothing. I wasn't told what this was caused from and I really want answers and a solution. The skin above the lump feels looser & it wasn't there before Cellfina.

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. For best results with Cellfina, it needs to be combined with other treatments like Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. Cellfina can cause some temporary lumps during the healing process. These lumps go away in a few weeks. It is unclear what the lump is you are talking about and likely needs an in person examination. Perhaps a short course of prednisone and/or antibiotics may be necessary along with repeat kenalog shots.

The lump might be there because of fibrous band re-adhesion (re-attachment)
maybe ultrasonic anergy to detach the adhesion might work
