Thank you for your question.BBL can harvest fat for transfer from many sites.  The abdomen, flanks and back are the most common.  When sculpting these areas the waist becomes "skinnier" with the addition of fat to the buttock areas it gives the waist an even thinner appearance.  The beauty of the BBL is in this 2-fold improvement.  Most fees run from $8,000-$10,000 due to the fact that there tends to be large areas of liposuction and then the added procedure of transferring the fat.  It varies based on geography.  Best to find a local Plastic Surgeon who has experience with the procedure.Best of Luck

Thank you for your question. The concept of transferring fat from one part of your body to another can certainly improve the contour of areas from which the fat is taken. If this includes your abdomen, then you will likely see an improvement as well. I would suggest, however, that you continue on your journey of weight loss as this will likely improve your overall results. Fat is analogous to balloons...we want to have a greater number of smaller ballons than a few a number of larger ones as this likely contributes to a higher rate of absorption in the long run.
