Waist size. Is it possible to get a 22 inch waist with liposuction and fat transfer to my hips and buttocks?

Liposuction will definitely reduce your waist as part of your Brazilian Butt Lift.  22 inches is a very tiny waist, and I would not want to promise you that without first examining you.  One thing that is important to keep in mind is that there are some vital organs in the abdominal area that have to be protected.  In each of us, these vital organs, bones and muscles are different sizes.  Your final waist size will be limited by how large these vital structures are in you.  Good luck!

In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
