What's the best pillow to use for BBL? Where can I buy?

We provide BBL pillow for all of our patients who have this procedure. However it is available on line to all. We also provide special silicone blocks for patients who want to sleep on their back or who have had front operations such as abdominoplasty.Good luck.

Thank you for your question. My patients use the
boppy/booty pillow for 2-3 weeks. Sit upright when going to the bathroom. I
would not recommend prolonged sitting for at least 2-3 weeks after your
procedure. Review with your Surgeons your Post op instructions and follow his

You can look into the BBL Pillow, it's a firm, foam pillow that's used while sitting which places all the pressure on your thighs- not buttocks. It's available online.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Each doctor has their own protocol. It is very important that you talk to him about your concerns and goals. I recommend my patients not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
