Hello, hope you are well. Sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. I think it will be impossible for anyone here to account for why your results have not met your expectations. My observation is that 'mini facelifts' are the most common source of revisions in my practice, but it sounds like you are uncertain if you had this procedure or a deep plane procedure. (If you do seek further revision, my advice is to obtain copies of your operative reports to bring along on future consultations). There are many possible reasons for failures in the neck, but without photos to assess your appearance before and after surgery it's anyone's guess. Wishing you the best moving forward.
