Back in May 2022 I had a mini FL, neck lift , upper & lower eye surgery, with a plastic surgeon. in March 2023 I had to have a revision as my neck did not take, it still was saggy. it is now almost 5 months post op & my neck looks the same. He also tightened my skin to minimize nasal labial folds due to sagging. It was suppose to be a deep plane FL , but now i am doubting. My lower eyes look the same prior to surgery. Why did my neck lift not work? I spent a fortune for min results.

Answer: Neck lift not meeting expectations It is difficult to say specifically why your results don't meet your expectations, but if your neck lift didn't yield the expected results, several factors could be at play. First, managing expectations is crucial, as the final outcome may take time to fully materialize, and patience is necessary. Secondly, the success of the procedure may depend on the surgeon's technique and expertise. In some instances, a revision surgery or a different approach might be considered. Lifestyle choices, including weight fluctuations and sun exposure, can also impact the longevity of results, so maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential. Lastly, individual factors like skin elasticity and genetics can influence the outcome, and not all patients will achieve identical results. To address specific concerns, it's advisable to consult your surgeon, who can assess your situation and discuss potential solutions tailored to your needs and goals.
