I'm unhappy with my nose 2 weeks post-op, what are my revision options? (Photos)

It is way to early for you to be worried about the thickness of your nose.
Give yourself more time since the swelling will reduce alot within 2 months.
Keep in mind that it takes up to a year for the nose to set completely.

You need to have patience with your body as it begins to heal. The skin, bone and cartilage are all traumatized during surgery. Inflammation (swelling) is the normal response and will help your nose to heal and look beautiful in the end. Right now, concentrate on other things you like to do and let your nose and under eyes take the time to heal. It can take up a year for your final results. I hope this helps.

Your nose will actually take a full year or more for the swelling to resolve and during that time asymmetry also often improves.  Your nostril show will probably not improve.  I would try and be patient: you really do not have a choice, and continue to follow up with your surgeon.

I agree and think that there were issues not addressed during your rhinoplasty that you need to discuss with your surgeon. You will need to let the swelling go down atleast 6-9 mos before consider revision rhinoplasty. I would schedule that rhinoplasty for about 1 year after surgery. Good news is that you have options for improvement if you are unhappy at that time.
