I had a septorhinoplasty about 6 months ago. I overall wanted a conservative result to straighten a crooked nose and fix my septum. Over the last month, have started to see more of a “dent” on the bridge. Asked my surgeon if this could be an open roof, which he quickly said no. There is a prominent bony raised area that can be palpated on my right side of nose. There was a speader graft placed on that side as well. Swelling still fluctuates a lot and this is more prominent at end of day.
