I had closed rhinoplasty 7 months ago to remove a dorsal hump and slight tip lift. Super happy with side profile but front profile seems wider and swollen. I know I have thick skin but is this swelling or open roof deformity?

Thick skin can be a real problem to reach the final aesthetic goal. In your case your nose is very well supported by cartilage grafts. Taping can be a very effective means after surgery, but not after 3 years. In time the skin shrink-wraps and in a few years your nose can be defined better.
