Caudal septum extension grafts can be performed in different ways. They are clinically stable and do not move. However, tip cartilages, in particular lower lateral cartilages will maintain some mobility. Since every patient may need different approach and, frequently, multiple other cartilage grafts in addition to septum extension, this is best to be discussed with your surgeon. Good luck.

Hello, From what I see, this looks fine. A rhinoplasty takes 1-3 years to completely heal and for the swelling to go down at which point you would see any problems better (if there were any at all).
Thick skin can be a real problem to reach the final aesthetic goal. In your case your nose is very well supported by cartilage grafts. Taping can be a very effective means after surgery, but not after 3 years. In time the skin shrink-wraps and in a few years your nose can be defined better.
