I recently had breast implants replaced went with larger implants 780cc from 500cc.. first of all i never had side boob fat secondly the surgeon went through the nipple said he did a donut lift but i paid for anchor lift, i chose not to reduce areola, do you think i need an anchor lift and what could be done about the side fat now?
