I would recommend another anchor style pattern breast lift while also liposuction with or without potential skin excision of the axillary/side trunk fullness.

You are very early in the recovery process and I would encourage you to follow up with your surgeon and avoid considering any revisionary surgery until you have healed and implants have settled into position. Even in secondary surgery, it is not uncommon for implants to take time to descend into their final position. This will affect breast shape and tissue laxity as you implants are currently quite high. Allow for adequate healing and resolution of swelling before considering possible need for further surgery.

On your before picture your breast looks flat and that makes me think you had a capsular contraction.
