Hello- I'm 57 with flabby inner thighs and knees, otherwise in good shape. Would lipo ,True Sculpt (does this really work for people in my age range or at all)or some other procedure be an option for good results ? Please help...

In your age where skin laxity is significant due to a thin, stretched skin, it is not likely that any procedure short of skin excision (thigh lift) would create satisfactory result.
