Can I have fat transfer to thighs or legal injections to make thighs bigger? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and posting an appropriate picture. You certainly can have fat injection in the thighs to provide a more harmonious silhouette. Of course it is best to have a consultation either in person or virtually to discuss options.

Front, sides and back, would better aid in answering your question. From the one photo, it appears that you have a small discrepancy between your thighs. But if it truly bothers you, then you may consider fat transfer to the smaller thigh.

With only 1 posted photo , in clothing, no idea if you have any donor fat left??? I offer a "COMPOSITE FAT TRANSFER" Using "any donor" fat along with Sulptra injections/vial. I think you would need 40 vials with fat in circumferential additions. Fees from$20,000..Seek in person or virtual consultations.

It’s certainly possible to graft fat to the thighs and I typically do so with most BBL procedures.

Your body contour does not look natural and I’m guessing you’ve had a BBL in the past? i’m also guessing that as part of that BBL they did liposuction of your thighs to try to make your butt look bigger?

To me that is not ideal and creates very unnatural body shapes.

My goal endoing the BBL procedure is to create a long smooth continuous ask curve and this is not consistent with reducing the thigh together with a BBL.

Restoring fat volume in areas previously treated with Liposuction is much more difficult than if the patient has not had previous liposuction.

Having had previous liposuction reduces the amount of available host tissue to graft fat into and this limits how much fat will survive from a single fat transfer procedure.

To build up an appropriate volume to match your buttocks will most likely require multiple rounds of fat grafting.

In order to make a quality assessment requires quality information and that needs to add a minimum include proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then asked your surgeon to send the ones they took. for revision work I pretty much insist on doing in person consultations because pictures are insufficient for a good assessment.

Follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure if you had one if not schedule in person consultations for local board-certified plastic surgeons.
