Except buccal fat pad removal what else can help in reducing face fat? Can ultrasounds help? Can you suggest? Thank you
Answer: Facial fat Dear mar20, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering treatment, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: High definition vaser liposuction It is difficult to answer your question without photos or a consultation, but ultrasound-assisted vaser liposuction may be one way to resolve facial fat, it depends on the area you are hoping to have work done. The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Reducing facial fat Reducing facial fat is typically not some thing desirable. As people get older they tend to lose facial fat with negative consequences. Doing so at a young age predisposes people to facial aging and problems later in life. That can be removed using liposuction though plastic surgeons have a different views on doing so. Facial contour is premier lead determined by skeletal structure and if someone doesn’t like the shape of their face it’s better to address the primary issue which is almost always bone structure unless someone is obese and then they should consider losing weight.
