Did my doctor just give me nerve damage? I got Kybella three days ago.

After the burning and bullfrogging, I am left with something more horrifying: my entire lower jaw feels like it is being pulled on. Smiling now gives me an overbite because the lower half of my mouth is having difficulty meeting up with the upper half. When I speak, one of my lips is drooping. Please tell me this is temporary. Note: The pain was excruciating, and I was sobbing throughout. Could the Dr. have "misfired" because the crying was making me move too much?
