Kybella and laser hair removal on chin. Which would be best to do first?

So i've been contemplating Kybella for some time now, and laser hair removal for my chin area. i was wondering if thats something that would be ok to do? obviously not at the same time and which would be preferred to have first i guess?

Both Kybella and laser hair removal are safe treatments that can be completed around thesame time. Neither treatment should harmfully impact the other. Kybella does have some sideeffects that can make the neck and under-chin area temporarily sensitive, so you may wish tohave your laser hair removal completed before undergoing Kybella injections.Most patients need two to four Kybella treatments spaced one month apart beforeexperiencing optimal results. If you choose to schedule your laser hair removal until after yourKybella injections, then you may need to be prepared to wait several months. Kybella and laser hair removal on the chin are both wonderful procedures that will improve your looks and won’t affect one another at all as long as laser hair removal is done first on the same day. It  usually require a series for optimal improvement. Consulting a board-certified dermatologist will help you come up with the perfect schedule.

Dear OperationBecky,Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office.  I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable.  It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. Keep in mind, both will require a series of treatments and some people need treatments to maintain results with laser hair removal. Also, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options like Kybella and some people need a series of treatments. I recommend Kybella with thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring the chin, if you're a candidate. Kybella is an injectable product that can be used to help your body to rid itself of fat cells that form under the chin (submental fat). Both Kybella and laser hair removal are fine treatments for the neck. You would only use kybella 1 cm below the chin.  I would not combine the treatments in the same day. You certainly could have LHR one week and kybella the next. Which one you do first is completely dependent on what bothers you more. Personally, I would do LHR first but that is just me.
