Will bigger implants make my hips look narrower?

i have conservative B cup implants on my slim 5'4" frame. My hips are slightly not as wide as my shoulders. Will getting slightly bigger implants make my hips look even more narrow or will it help give me curves that I don't have considering my slim frame?
