I've had saline, under the muscle, implants for about nine years. (I forget the size exactly, but I'm around a C cup). Also, I train in muay thai, krav maga, and jeet kune do. However, I was looking to level up by taking my game to the ground with jiu-jitsu. My only apprehension thus far has been the squish factor whenever I'm close quarters or in side control, especially considering that I've had them for a while. I'm afraid one will pop! What kind of bra - if any - can help prevent this?
