39 - Mini or full tummy tuck to regain mobility and remove excess skin? (Photos)

Hello, I'm 39 years old mum looking to fix my abdomen. I will like to get advise if I need a mini or full tummy tuck. My midwife did a test for open muscles and found that that mine was open below the belly button. I'm not looking to have a super flat belly but to regain mobility in my lower area and remove the the excess skin. Thanks for your advise
