Question

I lost all the pregnancy an weight, but am left with loose skin especially around my belly button. Is an Umbilicoplasty enough to reshape my belly, or do I need a full or mini tummy tuck? I had 3 vaginal births and don't have a C-section scar

If laxity is limited mainly to the area below the belly button, a mini tummy tuck may be sufficient. If there is skin laxity above and below the belly button and/or muscle separation from pregnancy, a full tummy tuck is typically the better option.

It always sounds like a mini or removing skin around the belly button will restore the whole abdomen after pregnancies, in my experience, these lesser options do not give the expected results.

Usually, a full standard tummy tuck tightens the entire belly, including around the umbilicus and upper abdomen with best results.

A full exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your best options and expectations.

From the limited photo and description of your history it is likely a standard tummy tuck will be recommended.  This will remove excess subcutaneous fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity which is common after pregnancy.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.
