I'm thinking aabout a facelift procedure. I've tried filler but my marionette area is deeply depressing me as the filller doesn't seem to do much. I also have jowls forming. I know I'm probably deemed young for this procedure but seeing myself in photos is becoming upsetting as I look so sad and tired
Answer: Facelift at 37 I think a facelift would be a lot of surgery for a small amount of improvement, especially if you are at your ideal weight. You may want to consider more minimally-invasive techniques such as energy-devices (e.g. Profound) to see if you can get some improvement until it’s time for a facelift.

Answer: Facelift at 37 years Your photos show some jowl formation and laxity under the jawline and chin. A young age is not a barrier to facelift surgery and on the contrary it should delay the ageing process with prevention of further deterioration of the jowls. There are some examples of similar young patients on my website and instagram account @mrjagchana

Answer: Are you a candidate for a facelift? What you need to know first Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on these images, your aging concerns are relatively minor, and you won’t likely need an aggressive procedure such as a facelift or mini facelift. I believe you may already benefit from the right combination of non-surgical or minimally-invasive skin-rejuvenating procedures, such as laser and energy devices, including RF microneedling (Profound RF or Virtue RF). A combination of injectables can also give you a non-surgical facelift. You may also consider a PDO threadlift –a non-surgical treatment that uses dissolvable sutures to lift tissue and tighten skin for a noticeably younger appearance. If you are decided on pursuing surgery, this is something you should discuss with a skilled and experienced surgeon. I highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. These experts are armed with a better knowledge of facial anatomy, as well as the most advanced facelift techniques that can achieve a more natural-looking appearance. During your consultation, your surgeon can assess your skin quality and facial profile, recommend the best procedure or combination of procedures, determine your eligibility for a facelift, and ensure the best possible outcome.

Answer: Unclear since the pictures are really zoomed in It's hard to say definitively since your pictures are really zoomed in. Can you please post zoomed out pictures of the face with front, 3/4 view and side views. You do have some signs of early facial aging. However, it does not appear to be excessive to warrant facelift. But will need more pictures to assess

Answer: 37-year old facelift candidate Hi there! Looking at your pictures, I do see the issue that you see. There is some desent of mid face tissues along that marionette area. It also appears that you have some mild jowls starting to appear. Depending on your desired results and expectations, many different facial rejuvenation techniques can be performed, including Silhouette InstaLift thread lifting of the mid face, which may be a good initial starting procedure treatment. The results of this procedure are not similar to a Facelift, however, at this age, this may buy you more time until you actually need a Facelift. What I recommend a Facelift for you? It’s a possibility depending on what your expectations are. In addition to the above, I would also recommend a good medical grade skin care treatment plan with medical grade skin care products, micro-needling, and laser resurfacing to help reduce skin laxity by building collagen. Hope this helps? Good luck!
