I am an 18 year old male. My skin on my cheeks sags a bit down. I am quite underweight, weighing 60kg/120lbs with a height of 186cm/61, so I thought this is likely why the skin sags. I have been this skinny for like 8 years. It is not very severe but its just an overall droop on my face. I want upwards, not downwards on my face. Especially at this age, with my healthy skin. If I gain weight, would this sagging just go away from increased fat in my face? Or would this be permanent at all?
