Hi, I'm 39 years old. I have sagging jowls, nasolabial folds, indentation under my eyes & small chin. I want fill out the sides of my chin because it really pronounces my sagging jowls. I see an improvement in the indent under my eye, nasolabial folds & sagging jowls when I lift up the lower half of my face. Do I need filler, implant or facelift and where? Can this & blepharoplasty+brow lift be done ahead of rhinoplasty? How much time do I need between the surgeries?

Hello, and thank you for providing images along with your question. Based on your photo, you have loss of volume just above your nasolabial folds. By injecting small amounts of filler in this area, the skin will become plump and supple, lifting the skin and smoothing out the visible groove in...
A facelift would be the best option as it would address the midface, lower face and upper neck . a midfacelift would only address the midface and your focus should be on the lower face skin excess.
