Hi, I am male, 33 and have quite deep nasolabial folds that are also assymetrical? I have quite a lot of volume in my cheeks already and dont want to have more volume inserted ( e.g. hyaluronic acid). Which procedure can be recommended to reduce my nasolabial folds?

You appear to have some hollows in the eyelid-cheek junction. This is the next hollow area above the nasoloabial folds. Sometimes filling this area can improve the appearance of the nasolabial folds. A facelift can also help but you may not be ready for that.

Just based on the one photo you provided, you do appear to have some loss of volume in the area below your eyes (above your nasolabial folds).  In my opinion, the best way to improve your nasolabial folds would be to add some volume to the area above the folds.  This would help to pull back the folds and reduce them.
