Based on your photos, you appear to have a bulbous and droopy tip appearance which is worse with smiling. This is also associated with a profile hump . Your nose is crooked, leaning to one side and the nasal columella angle is at 90 degrees and it should be at 110 degrees. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty to straighten the dorsum and refine the tip.

Based on these photos you could consider rhinoplasty to improve bulbous tip of the nose and possibly dorsum. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty may help.

This is a great question that I get asked a lot in my practice! There is a muscle that is responsible for pulling the tip of your nose down when you smile. It is called your depressor septi nasi muscle. Many times when my patients have a dynamic tip that moves down when they smile, I make sure to release this muscle during surgery. By releasing the muscle, your tip no longer pulls down. When you are discussing your concerns during consultation with your surgeon, you can tell them just what you mentioned: that you don't like the tip rotating down and that will ensure they address it during rhinoplasty surgery.
In terms of your ala cartilage, if it is too wide or too defined when you smile, an alar base reduction or alarplasty can be done. This can be done as a part of a routine rhinoplasty surgery as well. I discuss alar base reduction with all my rhinoplasty patients because often times when I reduce the nose and make it smaller, it causes the alar to flare more and an alar base reduction/alarplasty needs to be done to keep the face well balanced. I perform alar base reduction in about 30% of my rhinoplasty patients.

What can be done with your nose? you have a drooping bulbous tip, a long nose, and a dorsal hump, these are routine issues addressed during a standard rhinoplasty. My own preference in this situation is for a closed rhinoplasty, presuming that your septum is OK. If there is a deviation of the septum affecting the airway then this too could be addressed at the same time.

I think you should ask for a plastic surgery consultation, preferably with plastic surgeons who have extensive rhinoplasty experience.
During the consultation, you should ask the provider to give you an assessment after you explain to them what you don’t like about your face and nose.
You should ask the provider to give you recommendations of various treatment options that could improve the variables. You are dissatisfied with.
Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex and it has a fairly steep and long learning curve.
I suggest looking for plastic surgeons who have a proven track record with this procedure and have at least two decades of experience.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, who went similar facial characteristics to your own character
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
I think an experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
The approach to aesthetics is inherently different to how women are treated.
Ask them to show you pictures of people who look just like you as much as possible.
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right plastic surgeon.
The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the better provider for your needs.
having only one consultation more or less eliminates the ability to choose the better provider.
In the end provider selection is the most important variable, and I suggest you focus all your efforts on that by having multiple in person consultations.
You can also not have surgery and accept the way you were born.
