So I had 2 mil of filler a week ago today, I have had 4 mil in space of 3 months. The swelling was horrendous and have gone down now I have like a blister on my bottom lip not sure it it’s where I’ve been licking it and slightly bit it?
Answer: Blister? Lip filler results It's difficult to tell from your picture. I recommend following up with your injector. It may be superficially placed filler or swelling. Hope this helps.

Answer: Lips and filler It is not to your benefit, aesthetically and medically, to have a massive filler overload, particularly in the lips! It is certainly not your fault but the injector's. It can be corrected quite easily. Suggestion - change your injector!!! Good luck!

Answer: Lip augmentation with Juvederm That is a lot of Juvederm for just lip augmentation. It has been my custom for the last 23 years not to inject patients with more than one syringe of Juvederm when lip augmentation is being performed. I will only add another syringe after a week or two as the swelling goes down. I think you should continue to finger toll your lips for the next week or so and definitely follow up with your treating physician. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Lip Filler Concern The fact that the swelling has gone down over the past week instead of becoming worse is a good sign. If the "blister" appearance has been there from soon after your injection, it is possible that it is filler that was injected too superficially. Blisters are not common to form following filler, so I have a low suspicion that it is a blister from the filler, but likely superficial filler or just swelling from the filler. If it seems to be getting better, I would give it another week to go down, however if you feel like it is worsening, I would followup with your injector as soon as possible. Best of luck to you!
