A Unfortunately there are currently no treatments on the market that are "permanent" and non-invasive. The only permanent "filler" option would be implants (i.e. cheek implants) but this option is invasive as it requires surgery. It also doesn't stimulate collagen, but mimics your collagen. Even fat grafting to the face isn't permanent since that fat breaks down over time, too. There are longer lasting fillers that stimulate your own collagen production on the market such as Bellafill and Sculptra, however these only last a few years.
We are constantly losing collagen as we age, and unfortunately there is no way to stop this process. Skincare products such as vitamin C, tretinoin, and sunscreen can help to decrease collagen loss and increase collagen production, however these are not permanent as even this collagen will break down over time.
Your best option is going to be dermal fillers combined with a proper skincare regimen. Hope this helps!
