On January 19th i’ve got 1 ml of juvederm; on February 9th i’ve got the second ml of juvederm.... because I haven’t seen any results, on 1st of march, I’ve tried another filler, again 1ml... and after again... no result.... i feel the acid in my lips, but no visible results... why??

You are correct that softform may in fact be very difficult to remove. The photographs you have submitted are very limited so for that reason I believe you should be evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon. There may be many options available to you.
Wearing Chapstick 12 hours after lip injections should not be a problem unless stated otherwise by your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. In my practice I encourage patients to moisturize their lips with a Chapstick that contains SPF.
