How long after a BBL should I wait to start roller skating again?

I highly recommend that you speak to your surgeon about this as they know your case best and every surgeon will have his/her post operative guidelines that you should follow carefully. That said, I wouldn't take any chances with roller skating and err on the side of caution, and only take it up once you are fully healed and your surgeon has given you the green light.

Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

I recommend my patients to wait at least 4-6 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.).
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
