I'm interested in getting a bbl. I' had liposuction before when I had my breast done. So I'm not sure if that changes rather or not I'm a candidate for a bbl. I'm 5' tall 47 years old looking for a hourglass figure with projection in my rear.
Answer: Possible but your expectations should be reasonable Hello and thank you for your question. Given your previous abdominoplasty, there is very little fat from the abdomen that could be harvested. There is some from the back, flanks, arms, and thighs that could be harvested and then grafted to your buttocks to fill out and recontour that area to balance your overall shape. I would discuss with your surgeon after they perform a physical examination just how much fat they think they would be able to harvest so that your expectations are reasonable with how many cc's could be placed there versus what your goals are for the size of your buttocks and shape of your buttocks. Based on the pictures you appear to be good candidate for a second round of intense liposuction especially in your belly, waist, laterals, pubic area and chin. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Answer: BBL after prior surgery This is definitely worth a shot, but you are limited with the amount of fat you have remaining. I think a big portion of the outcome will come from the aggressive liposuction that is used to create a waist during a BBL. The amount of fat you have may limit the buttock projection and an implant can be considered. I would research a leader in the BBL field like Dr. Delvecchio. Best Wishes!!
