Yes, we can adjust the settings on the VASER, so that the fat is not injured. This has been studied and proven, so make sure you pick a PS that is familiar with the settings.
VASER is simply an ultrasound probe used before traditional Liposuction is performed. The company who sells this equipment has done studies demonstrating that the fat is equally or more viable after being pre-treated with the ultrasound probe for fat transfer. Equipment is not particularly important when it comes to either liposuction or fat transfer results. What is important is the individual candidacy of the patient in conjunction with the skill and experience of the plastic surgeon.Plastic surgeons have the equipment they need to do their job correctly.Equipment has minimal impact on final results despite all of the sales pitches.Patients should get an honest and accurate assessment of their candidacy for the procedure and make a strong effort and identifying the most talented local board-certified plastic surgeon in their community.Do so by having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. Avoid providers for any significant number of justified negative reviews on various physician review websites.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Yes, you can still get a BBL after having gotten Sculptra. 12mL of Sculptra is not really enough to make a noticeable difference. I think you will be much more pleased with the results of a surgical BBL.
