My bone in fine, just that I seem to have a lot of chin pad
Answer: Chin pad reduction CHIN REDUCTION: Chin reduction can help with a large protruding chin 'Witch's chin'. This is usually an abundance of soft tissue which causes a bulge. The procedure involves making an incision below the chin, accessing the extra soft tissue and removing it while taking care to preserve the muscles. Along with this some skin is removed below the chin to have a pulling effect on the chin and leading to a smaller or less protruding chin. Regards Dr. J

Answer: Chin surgery In the photo your chin is elevated so It is difficult to make any recommendations. In some cases, what appears to be an elevated chin pad is actually a short chin with a deep mentolabial fold. In these case chin lengthening is the answer.

Answer: Chin reduction Dear Tyler J, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Chin projection Having appointed chin can be challenging. It seems like oral surgeons do these procedures more than plastic surgeons but in the end you’ll just have to find someone who is done enough chin reductions to do a nice job. Part of the reason your chin looks a little excessive is the deep labiomental crease. Overall for young man it’s better to have a more prominent chin than one that is small and lacking. While it may be slightly excessive especially Howard contributes to the labiomental fold consideration to leave in good enough alone should be an option. I suggest calling both oral surgeons and local board-certified plastic surgeons to see what each person has to say. You may have to shop around a bit an interview if you providers before you get someone who feels like they have the experience to take this on and get it done correctly for you with a single procedure.
