I’m 33. I had chin liposuction over 6 months ago and there is a dent in the center. The sides look very full. The 2 sides are very different. I’ve been to my surgeon and it’s not loose skin or swelling. My surgeon is reluctant to take more off the sides to improve the contour but he didn’t give a lot of reasons why. Are the sides glands or fat? Why not take more off the sides. What are my options to fix this. Befores and afters posted.
