I think there’s room for improvement by focusing more liposuction around the jaw line especially following the jawline all the way back to your earlobe.

It is highly likely that you could have more contouring. In fact, the incision noted could be slightly opened and direct fat removal achieved adjacent to the middle zone. Further examination is needed but improvement is reasonable
