Is it bad to want liposuction and only be 21? Would I be able to have kids when I'm ready in a few years?

Liposuction is suitable for  mature  individuals who are in a healthy weight category and have stubbornresistant bulges in any given area.  Contouring can help reshape the body and as long as weight gain is avoided results can be long lasting.  Liposuction does not interfere with future pregnancies as the abdominal muscles and fascia are not affected. In fact reducing the trouble spots before the expected weight gain in pregnancy may be helpful. A consultation is recommended to assess your candidacy for the procedure.

The fact that you are 21 years of age is not a factor as long as you meet the criteria for Liposuction. Liposuction only removes fat from under the skin, and typically only requires a few tiny incisions.  This won't have any impact on your ability to become pregnant or to deliver a baby.  In fact, many patients who undergo liposuction do so before they're done having children.  A tummy tuck however, is the procedure most women wait to get until after they're done having children because it involves tightening the abdominal wall.  

Thank you for your question.  If you are healthy and have isolated fat deposits, then you are a candidate.  The age really does not matter.  Liposuction will not affect your ability to have children.  If you gain weight after liposuction, however, you will put fat back onto your body, sometimes in the same locations you had liposuction. You have a good age to perform liposuction procedure. You must be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you qualify for surgery. If you qualify after surgery you can have children without any problem because it does not affect fertility.

Having liposuction does not affect your fertility.  Liposuction is a good option for adults at or near their ideal body weight who have stubborn fat in a few isolated areas.  It is not a weight loss tool.  Also, it is impossible to remove all the fat in a given area which means it is possible to regain fat (even in the treated area) after liposuction if weight is not maintained.

It is perfectly fine for a 21 year old to have liposuction. I'm not sure why you would think it would impact pregnancy.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to improve your contour at your age.  Whether your expectations are reasonable cannot be answered without at least photos, though nothing is as useful as an in person consultation.Liposuction will not interfere with child-bearing.  All the best.
