How much it costs . May i know the cost of liposuction per session
Answer: Non Surgical Liposuction Thank you for your question. There is no real treatment called non surgical Liposuction. Liposuction is a surgical treatment where fat is actually sucked out with the help of cannulas. Non Surgical "Lipo" are a variety of treatments done with the help of Lasers, freezing or Ultrasonic methods. These can help shape the body but no major weight loss can be achieved by these means alone. Diet and Exercise coupled with any of these methods can be effective. All the Best !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer: Major Weight Loss Prior to Body Contouring Procedures (NonSurgical or Surgical) We have many happy liposuction and CoolSculpting patients, but suggest using those procedures for each patient's individual needs. Ten kilogram (22 pound) weight loss can produce great improvements in fat in various locations (face & neck, arms & legs, chest & breast, torso - both around organs and under the skin). Coolsculpting or liposuction surgery give their best results after you have completed desired weight loss. They cannot readily provide such significant weight loss. Simply put; procedures are for reshaping focal areas, not weight reduction.Undesirable localized fat, such as "love handles" can be contoured with CoolSculpting to improve the waist / hip appearance.

Answer: Liposuction Not a Weight Loss Tool Liposuction is not a weight loss tool, rather it is for contouring trouble spots on the body that haven't been reduced by diet and exercise. Additionally, best results are achieved by individuals who are at, or near, their ideal weight. Once you are at or near your ideal weight, consult in person with a Board Certified plastic surgeon who can determine if liposuction is a good option for you.Karen Singer, M.D., P.A.Harvard GraduateBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Losing weight As previously stated, you simply need to lose weight. Having done this type of work for a few years, I have met a lot of people who struggle with a few extra kilos. I have found eating behavior patterns that are often associated with mild obesity in spite of the person trying to lose weight. Here are a couple of suggestions.Eat small meals throughout the day. Many times when I ask patients with weight issues about eating habits, they tell me that they eat once or twice a day. That's very bad if you want to keep your weight down. Don't go hungry. It's tempting to think that we can lose weight by not eating. In reality, we tend to overeat after not eating for long periods of time, causing more weight gain.Be careful of foods with high glycemic loads and especially fatty foods with high glycemic loads. The perfect example is mashed potatoes (potatoes and butter/cream). Don't eat those foods. If you do, then only eat tiny amounts.Skip the workouts. Exercise is great, but it's generally not a good strategy for weight loss. Most people do not burn many calories when they exercise. There are exceptions, but most people with weight issues do not fit in that category. Exercise makes us hungry and can give a sense of entitlement to overeat. By all means, work out! Just realize that weight is 90% diet. Exercise is 90% fitness (not weight management). Hope that helps. Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
