20 days post-op from Lipo to abdomen and thighs with fat transfer to buttocks. The one side is fuller and has more projection (which I want) in comparison to the other. The asymmetry is noticeable. What can be done if this needs to be corrected and I no longer have enough fat to transfer and do not want to gain weight for a revision? Are there any safe fillers to use for the one side?

When performing a BBL, the fat graft should be injected in thin tubes to avoid the formation of lakes of fat, because the inner part will not survive, die and form a scar nodule. To confirm this hypothesis, a ultrasound scan or MRI should be made. If it is confirmed, direct excision is...
The appearance of your banana roll is common after fat is liposuctioned from that area. The banana roll acts like a supportive bra to the buttocks, so when it is removed, everything tends to sag. You now have excess skin creating rolls in that area.
Most board certified PS will not do a BBL or fat transfer to the buttocks on someone who has illegal foreign material in their buttocks. The risk of complications is too high such as infection.
