i have done liposuction last 1 and half month before . They dr my surgery not satisfaction to me. They surgery to fail in my body . Prblm is my buttock area both buttock little down so many fat remove and they are a holl that both side so hw can fine this properly shape tone my buttock thighs are pls help

Most board certified PS will not do a BBL or fat transfer to the buttocks on someone who has illegal foreign material in their buttocks. The risk of complications is too high such as infection.
