The dent looks like cellulite. Remember a BBL does not take cellulite away and in fact can make it worse as more fat in an area where cellulite exists can make it more pronounced. Since cellulite is genetic, you can also form more over time and that is usually the norm. Most of us get more cellulite as we get older. In the early period after a BBL, everything looks smooth secondary to swelling. As far as asymmetry, the two butt cheeks are not twins and will not be twins after a BBL. Asymmetry is common as the two butt cheeks are different to start with. After fat is injected, they are still different, but making them bigger in general can make the asymmetry more obvious to you. It is important to really look at your buttocks pre-op and you will notice these differences.
