After having illegal silicone butt shots, would it be too risky to now go to a board certified plastic surgeon for BBL?

Most board certified PS will not do a BBL or fat transfer to the buttocks on someone who has illegal foreign material in their buttocks. The risk of complications is too high such as infection.
