Where do I begin... end your search now because it's worth the trip to Brazil! I traveled from Orlando FL to Brazil a month ago for surgery and it was totally worth it!

Everything you've read about Dr. Rosique is true! He is super talented, professional, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. He doesn't rush any part of the process from consultation to post-op follow-ups. He takes the time to explain the procedure and he does his due diligence with testing/labs. Safety first and this is apparent when speaking with him. As an RN, I felt at ease and I was completely relaxed going into surgery. I trusted him 1000% because I knew I was in good hands. He operates with his wife who is also a surgeon, so you have two surgeons working on you simultaneously!

One month post-op and I'm so happy with my results. My incisions are thin and clean; this is from someone who keloids easily. I did a revision tummy tuck (drainless), chin lipo, fat transfer to my hands, lipo 360, and a revision bbl. Recovering was easy and I was well enough to travel back home a week post-op, not recommended lol.

I will return for a breast lift and rhinoplasty. Thank you Dr. Rosique for giving me my confidence back. My results have exceeded my expectations!

I have been where you are. I too fell into the bbl trend and went to Miami in search of an even bigger butt. I went into it thinking I would feel better about myself and I ended up feeling worse. I was self conscious about how big my butt was. The looks and attention it brought made me feel like a prisoner in my own body. I was desperate for a way out but I wanted to be smart this time.

I contacted Dr. Rosique’s office and after our zoom call I knew he was the guy for the job. I scheduled my surgery and the office staff helped me in preparing for my trip to Brazil. I decided to go much earlier than my surgery date to ensure that I had enough time to do everything. Ladies my advice is to go the with enough time so you don’t have to rush and stress yourself. Plus, while you wait you get to eat the great food Brazil has to offer, see some beautiful sights and even do some shopping .

After getting all my exams back I was ready for surgery. If you can buy a Faja and bring it with you, do that. If you don’t have a compression garment the doctor has some places he can recommend. After getting all my supplies, I made sure I set up my little condo in a way that would be comfortable when I get back.

Recovery was ok especially after the anesthesia gets out of your system. I was so happy to be in the hospital that first night. The nurses that took care of me were so kind. The doctor came and checked on me too and addressed any concerns I might have had.

I am now well past a month and I am so thankful I found Dr. Rosique. I am back to having an athletic physique that moves normally. The bbl was restricting my motion. He addressed any concern I had and the aftercare was top notch. I would like to thank Dr. Rosique and his wife (whom he works with); my husband for being so supportive and Dr. Rosique’s staff for being so helpful.

Ladies after going through this journey I have learned to leave well enough alone. Had I never went to Miami, I would have never been in this situation but you live and learn. Please do your research before doing anything to your body and really weigh the risks.

I do not feel comfortable at all sharing pictures but I can tell you before I looked overdone and asymmetrical to now looking healthy, curvy and best of all normal. Ask any questions and I will try my best to answer.

Recently travelled to Brazil from Canada to have a facelift done by Dr. Rosique. I saw him in 2017 for lipo and BBL. Trust him completely and SO grateful and thankful for his expertise, skill, and patience. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. I had my eyelids, fat transfer to face and hands, full face and neck lift, lip filler and Botox done. Easily took 10 years off my look! I am so happy with the results and feel like myself again!
Added bonus is that the overall cost, including my hotel stay, private nurse, translator, and medical bills were 1/3 of the cost, and results far superior.

I traveled from the US to undergo breast augmentation and liposculpture on my inner/outer thighs, knees, flanks, and butt to achieve an hourglass figure. I really wanted to work with Dr. Rodrigo due to his knowledge and skills with liposculpture. My primary concern was the inner/outer thighs, as I tend to lose weight from my upper body. I also wanted to enhance my chest to balance my fuller lower body and improve my hip shape, so achieving more even measurements was very important to me. The surgery results are better than I could even imagine and surpassed my expectations.

Dr. Rodrigo explained the procedure clearly during our virtual consultation, addressing both my health and aesthetic goals as well as what would be realistic for my body type. In person, his calm and reassuring demeanor eased my pre/post-surgery anxiety and made the process smooth. He and the office were always available to answer questions as well as provide guidance on care after, even when I returned to the US. Everyone in the office was equally kind and attentive, speaking both English and Portuguese. They were all supportive throughout my entire journey.

I am a female in her late 20s from the United States and I found out about Dr. Rosique from threads on Reddit and real self by patients suffering from liposuction deformities similar to my own (my most severe was both inner thighs). I had a fat transfer to the breast in January 2023 with a well known doctor in Dallas Texas. Despite my efforts to communicate with that doctor that I did not care about volume, especially since I’m skinny with not much to donate, but was wanting to help fill out areas of scarring in my right breast (previous explant in may 2022 after tuberous breast deformity reconstruction in 2015 followed by multiple corrective breast surgeries for complications secondary to implants and scarring) and did not want to take too much fat to the point it would change other parts of my body drastically (I am thin, 5’10 and 140 pounds, at that time 137 pounds) he was extremely aggressive and took out enough fat from my legs, flanks and abdomen to transfer 900 ccs. By no surprise my size A cup to barely B cup breast did not retain much of that fat and I was left with drastic changes of my inner thighs (pre and post included below). I reached out to that doctor and was ignored via email and phone call many times and when I finally was able to get in touch he blamed me, saying it was my fault as I had lost weight (I weighed maybe 2 pounds lighter at most). I exhausted many surgeons in the United States. I was quoted numbers of $15,000-$25,000 for repair, with many doctors giving me a quote, and then when they consulted with me said they couldn’t help me and to just accept and proceed with legal action. I was so depressed and full of self guilt as I remember prior to my breast fat transfer I was extremely apprehensive to go through with it and was pushed into doing it after many talks with my previous surgeon about my apprehension (I proposed a scar revision instead of fat transfer as a better option to help with scarring and shape, he kept saying no no you just need more volume which ended up causing me more harm). Needless to say I searched everywhere for someone who could help me.

I came across a thread on Reddit about a patient suffering from the same defect after liposuction. A commenter recommended dr Rosique and I knew I had to contact him as it was my last hope. After a phone consult we discussed that I would need to gain some weight (at the time of consult I weighed about 135 lb) and it may take two sessions to see optimal results as I do not have much host tissue nor donor tissue to work with. I was quoted an estimate (VERY affordable) and booked my flight. My first session with dr Rosique was in November 2023. I landed in ribeirao preto, dropped my
bags off at my Airbnb and headed to his office. Our first session together for preop planning lasted a couple of hours. He marked me up (donor sites from arms, abdomen, back, flanks) and most importantly we sat and discussed my
journey, my past, my struggles, basically the tribulations that have formed me today. That’s one thing I love the most about dr Rosique. His bed side manner is immaculate and his empathy is unmatched by any previous plastic surgeon, let alone doctor of any specialty, I have worked with in the United States (and I have unfortunately had my fair share due to numerous complications and repeated breast surgeries due to failed implants and complications (scar dehiscence, capsular contracture, bottoming out)). You can tell he actually cares for his patients and does not look at his patients as a monetary symbol and takes the time to listen and does not seemed rushed at all which is something I am not use to coming from the United States unfortunately. After mutual agreement on all the markings I spent the weekend relaxing until my surgery the following Monday. On surgery day I arrived at the hospital and we reiterated the areas marked. He asked me which areas to prioritize as you never know if you can get enough fat to transfer to all areas preop. Well luckily when I woke up I was greeted by him and he informed me everything went great and we were able to get fat back into all the areas we discussed (300 cc right thigh and 350 cc left thigh). All I can remember is crying and thanking him as I had lost so much hope for getting my body back to where it was, up until that moment. I spent the night in the hospital (which I never have following any procedure in the United States oddly) and received amazing care from the nursing team. I stayed another week in ribeirao preto and had check ins with dr Rosique every few days. I flew home on the 8th day and continued my recovery at home for the next 6 weeks. I was happy to say at 6 weeks my retention rate was better than I expected!

I scheduled a second round as despite incredible improvement there was still areas to donate from and transfer to further help my liposuction scarring, and now that I have more host tissue more fat should retain (even though I had great retention after the first round). I am flying home right now and can say my experience this time around rings the exact same to last. Amazing care, compassion and skill from dr Rosique’s and his team. This is by far the best plastic surgeon I have ever encountered in every avenue. I cannot thank his team enough for helping me through this difficult, emotional journey and highly recommend him to anyone suffering from the same complications I had.

Dr. Rodrigo is the best plastic surgeon. I got lipo revision and tummy tuck on my stomach which had indents and irregularities from previous lipo. The results are amazing. I’m so happy. Need I say more… Okay, I knew that Dr. Rosique was the doctor was who I’d been searching for when at our consultation he demonstrated exactly how he would repair my body. Six weeks later, I’m so glad I chose him!

In 2021 I made the disastrous decision to seek ankle liposuction from the Dr Lanzer clinic in Sydney. They absolutely [RS bleep] my legs and now I'm seeking the help of Dr Rodrigo Rosique to help restore them to some semblance of what they were.
Sucking out almost 2 litres of fat from legs that weren't big to begin with, left me with loose skin from my knees to my ankles. Particularly my knees and the back length of my legs where the skin is now wavy, not taut like it once was. There are significant dents on the inside of my calves where little fat remains to cover the movement of my muscles, particularly noticeable and hideous on my right side. The outer side of my left calf muscle was stripped of fat so that you can see defined areas of the muscle, which looks completely unnatural and weird. As if that wasn't enough, there still remains pockets of fat on both ankles, I can literally see where the cannula stopped and didn't reach all of the fat on the lower inside of my ankles. Seriously, unbelievable.
I spent one whole year after my surgery wearing compression stockings 24/7 in the hopes that I was doing everything I could to affect the best possible outcome – and also because I just couldn't look at my legs without crying. After undergoing therapy, I got to the point where I could finally look in the mirror without bursting into tears. I then worked up the nerve to contemplate revision surgery and that led me here.

I just realised RS compressed the life out of my pre-op and original pics, so uploading them again individually just so it's clear what a disaster my legs were after being botched by that flop of a surgeon from Dr Daniel Lanzer's clinic in Sydney. Looking forward to those butchers getting nailed in court!
On a happier note, I am 2 weeks post my revision op. I am incredibly happy with the outcome so far. I will write a more detailed review when I'm further along and have the energy to do so. But my experience thus far has been terrific, and by the way I am looking right now and how well I am recovering, I am anticipating a very satisfying result. I remain exceedingly positive. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Rosique and his team, they have been exceptional in every way. They have looked after me so well and I feel a deep gratitude for the care and attention they have given me.
I have just less than a week left to recover here in Brazil until I fly home.
