Dear, based on your photos, it seems that the amount of sagging skin on banana rolls are only manageable by direct excisions. Also to improve your buttocks shape, I recommend to increase its volume associating with any available fat to turn it more natural.

Dear, the BBL is a fat transfer. It doesn't deal with muscles, skin or the bony framework. Usually, as we age, skin looses its elasticity which can affect final roundness. Anyway, photos would help to evaluate whats is probably going on and how you result can be improved. Best regards.
