Would a non surgical nose job fix my extremely crooked nose? (Photos)

I'm trying to determine which procedure would give me the best results in correcting the asymmetry in my nose: a Rhinoplasty or a Non-Surgical Nose Job? I heard the Non-Surgical Nose Job procedure is much cheaper but I'm not sure if it would be enough to straighten out my crooked nose.

Thanks for the question and photos. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty refers to the use of fillers in the nose to change its shape. In my practice, Restylane Lyft and Voluma are used most commonly. The results typically last 1-2 years or longer. If a nose is crooked, filler can be placed on the side that is indented to make it appear more like the other side. Filler under the base of the nostril can help straighten a tip as well. Additional uses for filler in the nose include making a bridge taller, hiding a small hump, and lifting/defining the tip. I’d suggest consultations with 2-3 surgical rhinoplasty specialists who also perform nonsurgical rhinoplasty. That way you can find out the advantages and disadvantages of each. Computer imaging may be very helpful.

Many times, a crooked nasal appearance may be corrected with injectable fillers. For instance, if there is an indentation along somebody's nasal side wall causing a C shaped nasal appearance, by adding volume to the concave side, this may result in nasal straightening. I think that the external changes you desire can be accomplished with a filler.  If internally your septum is deviated it will not be helped by fillers. Please see a Board certified ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeon  to address all your concerns.

From you picture it is clear that your concerns can be easily addressed with the use of a filler. I always use a permanent filler in these cases such as Bellafil and that way it is a one time procedure without the need for further treatments. Good luck

Thanks for your question.  Small irregularities and asymmetries in the nose can be improved with fillers and one can either use permanent or temporary fillers. Among the permanent fillers are FDA approved, Bellafill ® or fat transfer (which, of course, comes from your own body). Fillers will rarely improve nasal obstruction or make the nose smaller. For a life long result, a rhinoplasty is still generally the gold standard. Recommend an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty to discuss your options.

Dear kkkg123,non-surgical nose job is a great option to resolve small nose asymmetry and dorsal hump but the results are not permanent and you will need to repeat the treatment few times per year. On that way your costs can be a lot higher than the cost of one rhinoplasty. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hi and thanks for your question. I don't consider your nose to be extremely asymmetric. I think that you would be a good candidate for the 5 Minute Nose Job procedure. Improving the symmetry of your nose should be relatively easy, permitting it to blend in with the rest of your face.  
For the longest duration in a temporary filler, I usually use Voluma and it gives my patients 1.5 to 2 years. Voluma is also reversible at any time with a simple enzyme injection. Once the filler wears off and the nose goes back to its original shape, I give my patients the option of repeating Voluma treatment or going with a permanent filler like Bellafill. This is also a very safe and effective filler, but it does not get dissolved by the body, so it lasts for many years, or, with many people, the rest of their lives.
Whether temporary or permanent, Non Surgical Rhinoplasty takes 5 to 15 minutes to perform, involves minimal pain, minimal risk, no downtime or swelling and you can see the results immediately after the procedure.
If you do choose to have Non Surgical Rhinoplasty, make sure to find a physician who is very experienced in specifically this procedure and ask to see their before and after pictures. Hope that helps.

Thank you for your photo. A non surgical rhinoplasty performed with filler will help blend the angles of your nose to make the lines appear more smooth and proportional.  This can be performed with a hyaluronic acid filler such as VOLUMA which can also be reversed with a hyaluronidase injection in case you do not like the look. Unfortunately, a non-surgical rhinoplasty is not effective at straightening a nose. A surgical rhinoplasty will help straighten a nose. Surgical rhinoplasty is permanent with more downtime. For the best treatment options, it is important to visit an expert for an in-person examination.

Based on these limited photos, I would say you are probably a candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty to hide the asymmetry. It has no down time or pain and lasts a year. However, you would need a consultation first to make sure the procedure can meet your goals. Best wishes.
