Based on your singular photo, you appear to have a wide appearance to the lower 1/3 of your nose, along with relatively thick nasal tip skin. Adding injectable fillers, in our opinion, would only lead to a wider nasal appearance. Hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hi and thanks for your question. It would be easy to lift your tip a bit with a filler like Voluma as part of the Non Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure. Usually it is not possible to make the tip smaller non surgically, although I have had some success injecting steroids to shrink the tip a bit. If you are considering this procedure, though, make sure to consult with someone very experienced specifically in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty and ask to see their before and after photos. Hope that helps.
I suggest rhinoplasty in this situation. See an expert you may need grafting which requires a more specialized approach. Best, Dr. Emer.
You cannot, unfortunately, make your "bulbous nose tip sharper without surgery". Most reduction procedures to the nose require invasive surgery. Be aware that a rhinoplasty (esp. reduction rhinoplasty) is one of the hardest aesthetic procedures to do well and that revision rates are quite high.
Based on the photos you provided, you have a bulbous nasal tip The bulbous tip would need to be reshaped; grafts may need to be used for tip support. Ethnic by far the most challenging cosmetic operations in cosmetic surgery. This because the anatomy and skin thickness requires special techniques to achieve desired results. Do your research online and try to choose a surgeon that can deliver results that you seek. They should have numerous before and after photos with results you like and seek. Choosing the right surgeon who has experience is imperative; you want to avoid any revision in the future. You can send me your photos for computer imaging.Best,Dr. S.
