Just got a non-surgical nose job and I hate it - any advice? (Photos)

Question

I had been planning a non-surgical nose job for a long time and got it done first thing this morning. The picture below is by before (on the right) and after (on the left). I am so horribly disappointed and I hate my nose. I feel like my tip is way too rounded/big. I have a hard line on one side of my nose and it is not even. Any advice? Honestly, I've been in tears all night and went to a Dr. who had 5 stars on here. When I first saw it, it was much worse! This is him "fixing" it.

Hi and thanks for your question. I recommend you wait a few more days and see what your nose looks like when the swelling goes down completely. Nice thing about HA fillers is that it is easily reversible with enzyme. If you have this procedure performed again, make sure that you find an injector who is very experienced specifically in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty and ask to see his or her before and after pictures.

Many people will come to us for rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance, who had previous HA injections, just like you. Often times, we will ask these patients to have the filler dissolved. I have been impressed that filler from many months prior can completely dissipate in 48 hours after the dissolving enzyme, in many people. Definitely don't worry. You can get your old nose back, and consider consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists, if you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance.

At least in the picture you provide your nose looks better than before. Anyway, if you wait a few days the swelling will be gone and hopefully you will like it better. Otherwise the filler can be disolved. Good luck

Some of what you see may be swelling from tissue manipulation and injection. I would give it a few days and reassess. If you still don't like the look, you may have it  dissolved with vitrace injection.Good luck.

For those who are unfamiliar, non-surgical nose jobs use fillers to change the shape of the nose. Because it is non-surgical and one is using filler you are always adding volume, therefore it has limitations to what one can achieve. It is important to discuss your goals and desires with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience in both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty.
Your options for correction or change will depend on the type of filler that was used. Some fillers can be dissolved. This is a relatively simple injection, but it may take multiple injections.  Others you must wait for your body to clear it. While others can only be removed surgically.

As far as I can tell he straightened the dorsum of the nose and it looks very much improved. I would let it sit for a while and get used to it and let the swelling go dowm. If you don't like it ou can get the filler dissolved with Hyaluronidase if it was an HA fillers .
