Injectable fillers may be considered for improving minor irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery. Typically, somebody's nose is too swollen for the first month or two to even consider injectable fillers. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hello Cxxx, With non-surgical revision rhinoplasty, one can carefully hides bumps, straightens lines, lifts and refines the nasal tip—all without any incisions. The results are immediately evident and there is virtually no recovery downtime. The procedure has shown to last 9-12 months using dermal filler and occasionally Botox to aid with tip definition. We ask that you wait at least 3 months after rhinoplasty. Because you have had a previous surgery, it is important to see a rhinoplasty specialist to perform your non-surgical rhinoplasty.Best,Dr. Nima
Hi and thank you for your question. You will have swelling after rhinoplasty. I recommend following up with your surgeon, but you'll want to wait until the acute swelling has resolved to get the best results with a non-surgical nosejob. Hope this helps!
You will have swelling several months after rhinoplasty. I recommend following up with your surgeon about their recommended timing for a non-surgical nosejob following your procedure. Fillers, along with Botox, can be used to improve symmetry and lift the tip. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
I recommend my patients waiting at least 6 months to a year before adding filler to a nose that has undergone rhinoplasty. There is an increased risk of skin damage due to decreased blood supply when adding filler into a nose that has already had a previous rhinoplasty. By waiting for 6 months to a year, you allow some of the blood channels to restore themselves and improve blood flow to the area and also allow inflammation to completely subside so you have a better idea of what your final nose shape will look like when performing the fillers. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MDBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon@drjohnsonlee
I have added fillers to the nose after rhinoplasty to hide and/or augment any areas that patients feel need more work. There is no strict time but I would probably wait at least 3 months to let the acute swelling go down first.
I agree that you have a pleasing nasal appearance on front view. On profile, however, it seems like the bridge of your nose projects further from your face than your nasal tip. If you try to camouflage this large bump, I suspect your nose might look too big, or masculine. Sometimes, rhinoplasty...
Additionally, injectable fillers would never lied to a smaller nasal appearance. Without any photographs, it would be impossible to comment on your particular condition. I understand that you wish to remain anonymous. Consider a closely cropped photograph, or consider placing modesty stickers on...
Many people will come to us for rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance, who had previous HA injections, just like you. Often times, we will ask these patients to have the filler dissolved. I have been impressed that filler from many months...
